On every project, will be a supervisor who ensures all work stated in the agreed specifications are completed accordingly. They will be your main contact with Wide Bay Coatings.
When we are preparing surfaces for painting, sometimes we do come across items such as sticking windows, rusted gutters/roofing etc which sometimes are not visual on first inspection. We will not ignore these problems. If the problem is only small, we will fix it, but if it is not easily fixed, we will:
- Notify you immediately
- Suggest ways to fix the problem
- Arrange for an appropriate tradesman to contact you
- Only after you agree will we go ahead in rectifying any defect, which could incur a cost.
When the project has been completed, the supervisor will follow through with a final inspection, using a project task sheet, which all tasks are inspected to ensure the highest of standards are meet, these are then marked off and any additional changes documented. You are then requested to do a self-check and sign off the works form.
